New no-entry signs at the top hairpin

A rider reports new signs banning motor vehicles at the uppermost hairpin of the Mont-Cenis road, where the track to Col de la Met starts, and turned back. The lower entry by the farm near the pass has no sign but does not connect to the track. The signs have come and gone before: a lift operator’s ban sign stood at the fifth hairpin in 2018, was gone in 2019, and riders drove up as late as September 2023.
